Bruce Witkin

Bruce Witkin testified about his long friendship with Johnny Depp and what he observed during Depp’s relationship with Amber Heard. He described Depp’s alcohol and cocaine use and criticized the sobriety program overseen by Dr. David Kipper. Witkin said he saw a bruise on Heard’s upper arm that resembled a grab mark; his description did not establish who caused it. He also recounted being called to Depp’s penthouse during an argument.

Witkin attributed his estrangement from Depp to earlier deposition testimony he gave about Depp’s substance use.
