Moss testified that she and Depp were romantically involved from 1994 to 1998. Testifying from Gloucestershire, England, she described slipping on stairs after a rainstorm during a trip to Jamaica and hurting her back. She said Depp had gone ahead, then returned when she screamed, carried her to her room and got her medical attention.

Asked by Depp’s attorney whether he had pushed her, Moss said no. She also denied that he had ever pushed, kicked or thrown her down stairs during their relationship. Heard’s attorney did not cross-examine her.
