About

Gina Deuters, the wife of Depp’s assistant Stephen Deuters, testified about time she spent with Depp and Heard. She said she had seen Depp use cocaine about 20 times over a decade without seeing him become violent. She also described Heard ignoring her during a Las Vegas trip and reprimanding Depp for secretly drinking champagne at a press-tour dinner. Deuters testified that Heard and Raquel Pennington gave her MDMA at Depp and Heard’s Bahamas wedding.

During questioning about a social media post, Deuters acknowledged watching clips of the trial online. Judge Penney Azcarate struck her testimony in its entirety and instructed the jury to disregard it.
